FedEx Envision Event Recap: AI in Supply Chain Futures It was a pleasure being out in Orlando at the FedEx Envision event for FedEx employees and partners, including those at Pitney Bowes, ShipHero, Persistive, LLC, and Shipium (although Jason Murray was partying in San Francisco) ;-). When I say this is a small industry, you really notice it at events when you meet people sometimes you haven't seen in almost 20 years! And you meet people with multiple degrees of connections to folks like Amine Khechfe. I gave the keynote address on AI in Supply Chain Futures. Some of the key themes: * How customers are often forgotten in supply chain with the ever-present focus on costs. * Real-life AI examples in supply chain including areas relating to risk, retail, and sales. * Discussion of the various "eras" of commerce in the last 25 years, and the new Era of Intelligence we are entering.
